Dropbox

You can connect ExpanDrive to a personal or Dropbox Business account.

ExpanDrive uses OAuth authentication. You sign in with Dropbox, which returns a token that ExpanDrive stores in your operating system's credential store.

Connection Parameters

Nickname

The nickname identifies this connection on your machine. This name is used as the volume label on the mounted drive.

Account

The account you used for authenticating is displayed. You cannot change this value.

Multiple Dropbox Accounts

If you're connecting to more than one Dropbox account, you may need to sign out of Dropbox in your default web browser to trigger re-authentication before you add the new connection to ExpanDrive. This will not disconnect your existing ExpanDrive connections to Dropbox.
